The Evergreen ride was small but fun.  There were four ridersin attendance   We rode for about two hours  in the morning, then headed back to the barn in a freezing rain and waited out the dark clouds.  After the weather clear (a little) we headed out for a two hour ride (roughly) up into the Mt Evans Wilderness area surrounding the ranch.  We ran across a pair of bull elk hanging in the timber and got some great views of the surrounding mountains high up in the Mt Evans Wilderness area before dropping back down into Indian Creek Park and following Indian Creek back to the barn
